+ The transition period is when the focus was shifted from Jerusalem and Judea to Antioch, Syria, then to the whole world. In the Book of Acts, we can see the focus being set on the ministry of the apostle Paul instead of Peter. The focal point shifted from the disciples and apostles of Jesus to a new generation of believers who took charge of preaching to the entire world.
