+ King Herod Agrippa II went, with his sister Bernice, to Governor Festus. Agrippa wanted to hear Paul. Paul stood to speak, defending himself and preaching the Gospel to the Governor and to all the audience. They admired Paul's wisdom, philosophy, his communication skills and boldness. They agreed that he was innocent but he appealed to Caesar to go to Rome.
