February 2021 - God Is Love!
Grace and peace to you in the precious and loving Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As we celebrate Valentine’s Day, we are reminded that God is love! One of the most unique things about Christianity is love - unlimited and unconditional love. God’s love saves and heals people! God loves us despite our sin. “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:9) and nothing can separate us from the love God in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:38-39).
The Light For All Nations ministry is committed to speaking the truth in love and that is what is drawing people to Christ. We also tangibly express the love we have by helping many destitute families in Syria with food, fuel for heating (which is a rare commodity these days) and even wood for heating. It is hard to imagine their hardships, but we are giving help with dignity and honoring them. So many are struggling; waking up at 4:00 AM to wait in line-ups for bread to feed their families. I thank the Lord for blessing the ministry and providing through you, our wonderful supporters, so we could bless so many dear people and show them the love of God. Their hope is restored by experiencing the love of Jesus Christ.
A unique feature of the Light For All Nations ministry is that we make it a priority to pray with people, and we are seeing miracles! We have many prayer volunteers and we have a huge amount of people, mainly through social media, reaching out to us, especially at this time of the pandemic. We encourage the believers from Muslim Background telling them they are not alone. We have become like family to them, when so many are isolated and facing persecution and church closures.
· An Imam (Muslim scholar and teacher) experienced the light of Jesus and asked us for follow-up in studies that we offer new believers to learn more about Jesus. He told us, “one day, I will testify!”
· A Yemenite person who resides in Saudi Arabia said: “I saw Jesus in a dream, but at that time I did not know his name. I memorized your phone number and began to search. I came to know the person in my dream was Jesus and I am following him. I love him with all my heart and I want to be baptised!”
· An Algerian man told us that Jesus appeared to him in a dream and when he called, he repeated the prayer word for word to accept Jesus as his Saviour. He was extremely happy and joyful!
· A Muslim couple told us that Jesus has brought them from fear, darkness and suppression to the light and truth. The husband said, “The Lord filled my life and it has become meaningful and I am experiencing miracles of grace and I am studying the Bible to serve the Lord.” He has been helping to encourage many other MBB’s (Muslim Background Believers).
· A Muslim lady experienced new birth after hearing my teaching on “10 Things God does with Our Sins.” She has become free indeed!
· Another Muslim from Bahrain was claiming to be an atheist, but from the link on our website he began to watch the Jesus Film and as he watched he started to weep. His heart was opened and he believed and became a Christian. Now he wants to be baptised.
How wonderful that everyday here at Light For All Nations we hear reports of people being saved, healed and blessed! We couldn’t do this great work without you, so thank you so much!
