August 2021 - Holy Land Trip
Greetings in the wonderful Name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
I recently returned from my trip to my homeland of Israel. It was an amazing and very productive trip! It had been almost two years since I last went and it was so good to see things getting closer to normal. I had numerous meetings, and prayed with many people for salvation, for healing and for many needs.
One highlight was that Light For All Nations sponsored a great gathering in my hometown of Cana of Galilee for all the pastors in the region. Everyone rekindled relationships and networking strategies, including dealing with the topic of how to strategically serve in ministry during Covid and post Covid. We saw signs of unity and love, which is needed for the unsaved to come to faith. There is much to do in our country.
One young pastor I met told me that he became a follower of Jesus through our ministry and grew in faith by learning from our media material and now he is serving in ministry!
In another meeting in Nazareth I met a young lady MBB (Muslim Background Believer) who was so happy to tell me that she was my daughter by faith. She risked her life by coming to the church. May the Lord protect her.
Another highlight was when I was live on a radio program in Tiberias, and a friend was listening to the program along with three Muslim clerics to whom he was witnessing. It became an interactive program as while I was speaking, he was texting me with their questions and then they would listen to my answers. I was witnessing with all my heart with the power of the Holy Spirit. They heard the clear message of salvation and I pray the Holy Spirit will draw them to Jesus.
During my trip I also went to Bethlehem and met with several people. I learned more about the needs in Bethlehem and in Gaza, especially for the Christian minority. We need to keep the light of Christ shining in these oppressed regions. Light For All Nations wants to support families in these regions before Christmas and if God lays it on your heart to help, please give with the memo “Bethlehem support.”
Despite all the Covid restrictions, our Facebook and media ministry is continuing to grow with strength and it is non-stop witnessing in the Arabic language to the whole world! So many people are responding! As we sow good seed, we know it is falling on much good ground and we will reap a great harvest!
