March 2022 - Exciting Times!
Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are living in exciting times! The Light For All Nations ministry is expanding and our outreach is growing continuously!
We have taken a big step of faith and are now in the process of moving into the new facility that God has provided. We are still facing many challenges and we are trusting God to provide all the needs. Thank you to all who have already donated toward our Capital Campaign and if God lays it on your heart to donate, we are still happily accepting Capital Campaign donations, as we are needing to do a lot of renovations.
Our driving force is our love of God and our love for the precious souls who need to hear the most important message in the world! Our new facility will help us to spread this good news and I know God will use us greatly! We will also be helping other ministries and working in unity to reach the lost.
Here in North America, we are so blessed and so privileged. I just met the other day an MBB (Muslim Background Believer) family from Iraq who shared their testimony with me. They lost everything in Iraq for the sake of Jesus. They came from a wealthy and prestigious family, but because of their new found faith in Jesus, they lost their home, they were persecuted by their families, their community and the government, and they had to flee for their lives. Wow! What a great sacrifice they have made! It made me think, “What have I lost or sacrificed for Jesus?” I pray that if we here in North America ever come to the point of requiring a choice between living comfortably, or choosing Jesus, that we would be just as strong and committed as this Iraqi family.
This past week at the ministry office, I heard another great testimony. A man from Egypt, who also comes from a wealthy and prestigious Muslim family, was watching a famous Muslim cleric on TV answering questions from the studio audience. One person asked the cleric, “Are we allowed to read the Bible?” His reply was with angrily screaming, “No! No! Don’t read it!” This reply surprised and shocked the man who recalled that the first verse in the Quran says to “read.” He became very curious and he searched for a Bible. Finally, someone gave him the Gospel of Luke, and he began to read and was touched by the story of the prodigal son and the love of the father. His life was changed and he began to watch our programs regularly and he became a believer in Jesus! Hallelujah!
I trust by now that if you gave to the ministry in 2021, you have received your income tax receipt. The postal system was extremely slow in getting them delivered, as it took almost three weeks after we took them to the post office. I hope that soon everything will go back to being more normal and I pray that the pandemic will be over and that people’s lives will be restored.
We also pray for the war situation in Europe. We pray for no more blood shed and for the peace of God to reign. May God protect the people and all the believers. May it be a time of turning to God and a time of glorifying God. As we look at what is going on in the world, we can clearly see that we are living in the end times. Jesus is coming soon! Let us all do our part to reach the lost with the hope that only comes from Jesus.
