John Mark is a Jewish young man. Peter, who called him his son, led him to know Jesus. The house of his mother was one of the places where the early church gathered in Jerusalem. He is one of Barnabas' relatives and accompanied him and Paul on their first missionary journey. But at Perge he departed from them.
Paul did not want to take him on his second journey but, eventually, he said that John Mark was helpful to him in his ministry. He is the writer of the Gospel of Mark.
I may not agree with you on everything but God uses both of us.
Is whoever disagrees with you, against you and God's work?
How do you feel when you meet someone else who is more mature, spiritually, than you?
