+ Forty men decided not to eat or drink until they had killed Paul. Even more, they talked with the priests to get rid of him. This news reached Paul. Then the Commander acted wisely by sending the Apostle to Caesarea with a full battalion accompanying him. From this situation, we can notice several things: Paul's courage, the Commander's wisdom, the Roman justice and the divine providence.
+ God can save His children in miraculous ways but sometimes we have to play a small part.
+ How can a person act against his best interests by not allowing God to assist him?
